Do We Need Wedding Nowadays?

What is wedding? Wedding is the essential ceremony where two people are united in marriage. Different cultural breeds different wedding form, but they have the same goal: help the couple get recognition and blessing of the social.    

In the past,wedding is the essential process. But nowadays, more and more young people are not willing to have one because of various reasons like time costs. But in my opinion, i don’t want to give up my wedding.

 I have attended various weddings, and each of them all let me move. I can not only see the love between the couples in a wedding,but also see the love between family members. These moments can warm the rest of our life.

Another reason why i want a wedding is that i need the sense of ritual, and i want to have a formal start of my marriage. In China, when i marry someone means i need to leave my family and walk into his family, it is a whole strange experience for me, i need a formal ceremony to remind myself that i will have a new life from now on.

I know that many young people think it is too complicated to prepare a wedding, it need too many time and energy,and in this society, time and energy are money. But have you ever wondered one thing? Wedding is so important for both of you and your partner, and many of us only have one time in our whole life. If you just make do with your wedding, then what thing you will not make do with? Your attitude to wedding can reflects your attitude to life to some extent.

Some people think a formal wedding equal to an expensive wedding, it is completely wrong. No matter your wedding is big or small, as long as you put work into it, it is a significant wedding. In my friend’s wedding, she made a video to tell people their love stories by herself, and everyone was moved, though she didn’t spend a lot of money on her wedding, it was still an impressive wedding for me. So you can say, cost is really not a good reason for giving up wedding.

For most couples, wedding ceremony maybe the first event they are going to prepare together, and it represents their determination of being together.And when they make efforts for the wedding, these wonderful details will be the forever memory for both of them.
