How to Assemble Your Wedding Invitation Card?
I know you can’t wait to mail the wedding invitation cards to your guests when you receive them. But if you buy a wedding invitation suite, you should assemble the multiple cards and pieces first. How to assemble? Here are the steps.
Step 1: Put your wedding invitations down first with the wording face up.
Step 2: Put the reception card face-up on the top of invitation card.
Step 3: Place other cards like direction card, accommodation card face-up on the top of reception card.
Step 4: Place the response envelope face-down on top of the enclosure cards and make sure you stamp it with the proper postage. Then, place the response card under the response envelope flap, face-up, so that the printed side is visible.
Step 5: If you only use one envelope, then put the fully assembled invitation suite into it.When you open the flap, you should see the printed side of the wedding invitation card.
Step 6: If you use two envelopes (inner envelope and outer envelope), put the fully assembled invitation suite into the inner envelope, and then place the inner envelope inside the outer envelope. And make sure when you open the flap of the outer envelope, you can see the front of the inner envelope.
Note:If you use the folded-style invitation, all enclosures are placed within the folded invitation rather than on top.
